Ask Dr. Body"-A Singer Cures Her Chronic Sinus Infection with simple steps.
Chronic sinus infections for any body is an ongoing nightmarish maze of misery.
And for performing artist Nellie Renae "Blossom" the condition had taken the joy out of doing what she loved doing.
Singing.
Anti-biotics were just a band-aid, they left her weak and with nausea. Yeast related conditions raged throughout her body. It was a hopeless cycle.
So at the end of her rope, she began praying for anwers.
"I prayed and my prayers were answered".
I recieved an email containing the knowledge I needed.
That emial led me to sites on the internet that taught me alot about the different kinds of roots on a tree.
When I got to reading about the tap root, it was as if a light went off in my head.
Ding.
It was the K.I.S.S. approach. And since I have exnayed the word stupid from my vocabulary, this stands for keep it simple sister.
So if you are searching for a tried and true, time tested remedy for taking control of your sinus misery you can try this.
(You will think it is too easy!)
That is what I thought.
But now I am walking proof.
And it is working so well for others.
When they remember to keep up with it!
Number one:
You will need an empty nose mister. I purchased one at Drug Emporium that was filled with saline and emptied it out and filled it with the following solution.
Distilled water with one drop of hydrogen peroxide.
My sinuses began clearing after five minutes! I used it three times a day, one sniff up in each nostril until I was clear.
Number Two:
Purchase safflower oil (or use any oil you have handy such as olive, vegetable or sesame seed).
Fill a small glass three quarters full with water.
Add one half teaspoon of oil.
Now you take a bit in your mouth and swish, swish, swish. (I can hear all the doubting Thomasas now!) (DO NOT SWALLOW!)
Continue swishing as long as you possibly can and then expel!
Do this as many times a week as you can possibly stand!
Boy, now if only if only I could have found a use for all of what cleared out of there!
Sing us a song, Nellie!
